Being able to interact with customers on a daily basis and practicing my customer service skills, leading a team of 8-10 people on being able to check in and check out customers quickly and efficiently
What I wish was different
Management, specifically on being able to deal with coworker problems much better.
Advice
It's a great job to learn customer service skills and be able to learn how a big company's hierarchy.

Great hands-on experience working in the automotive manufacturing plant. I got to make an impact at the plant with my project.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a more diverse range of projects that I could have worked on. The time I worked there, it was a slow time for my department, so there wasn't as much to do.
Advice
Always ask for more work when other projects are completed or there is downtime with your projects. Also be proactive and don't be afraid to ask questions.

The employees there were very welcoming and helpful, they were prepared for a co-op and had work for me that I was capable of doing easily.
What I wish was different
To work on longer term projects rather than pieces of a lot of projects.
Advice
Ask questions! Either coming from confusion or not having enough work to do, asking the full time employees for help always works.

What I liked
We we're learning about different types of engines and we were asked to disassemble a 2.5 litre engine, and take the different measurements like clearances, crankshaft end play. I liked this hands on experience
What I wish was different
I which the internship was longer because all the learning was cramped in 6 weeks
Advice
I didn't have much hands on experience before I went for this internship. But, it's not everytime you know how to do things, you have to start somewhere.
