Being able to interact with customers on a daily basis and practicing my customer service skills, leading a team of 8-10 people on being able to check in and check out customers quickly and efficiently

What I wish was different

Management, specifically on being able to deal with coworker problems much better.

It's a great job to learn customer service skills and be able to learn how a big company's hierarchy.

The employees there were very welcoming and helpful, they were prepared for a co-op and had work for me that I was capable of doing easily.

What I wish was different

To work on longer term projects rather than pieces of a lot of projects.

Ask questions! Either coming from confusion or not having enough work to do, asking the full time employees for help always works.
