Everything! Townhall II is such a great place to work. The training really helped prepare you for the experiences you'll have working with clients & I always feel comfortable communicating with my supervisors. You really couldn't ask for a better work environment.

Advice
Follow through and believe in yourself. Some of the scenarios can be challenging or uncomfortable, but what helps me to get through them is to always remember that you're making a difference in someone's life.
