The environment of the Town hall was great. The entire planning department was very supportive throughout the process and encouraged me to learn more about the GIS software.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been a team or at least another programmer at Town of Leland that I could have asked questions from. This was a very independent project.
Advice
Be prepared to learn a lot and really push your boundaries. You will have fun doing this internship!
