Working with children and basically being able to have a lot of fun while working with the kids

Some different structures to management and making sure everyone was doing their job and not slacking off
Advice
Be willing to get messy and put yourself out there for the kids. You’re going to be one of the most consistent things during the summer so be there for them and not just to get paid
