I loved getting to know the children in which I was responsible for and being able to spend time with them.
What I wish was different
One thing I wish would have been different would to have had a more steady schedule with definite hours.
Advice
Patience is key. Children can be difficult and need to be treated as such. Being able to have a flexible schedule was also important to my specific experience.
