The working environment. Although our team is fully remote, weekly schedule and daily meetings are really helpful to maintain a good working path.
What I wish was different
I start with working part-time, which took a a very long time to be familiar with the code base. Maybe if I can spend more time at the begining, everything would be better
Advice
Make sure to clarify the requirements of each task. Sometimes tickets might be blur and abstract.
