I liked the people I worked with. I also enjoyed the area that I was lifeguarding at. Since it was a gated pool for only the neighborhood residents there were regulars I was able to connect with.
What I wish was different
I wish the management was different. As it was very messy, and also I didn't get paid the amount I was told.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is that my coworkers made the job more fun.
