Great way to learn about an important industry, and how to communicate with experienced personal to complete a task. There was a lot of on site training, and in general the employees were kind.
What I wish was different
Treat employees equally. While I was capable of working harder, only my direct team lead acknowledged my effort. And while he talked in my favor, I was only asked to do more without compensation.
Advice
Work hard, but match the pace of your colleagues else you’ll burn yourself out.
