They source thoughtfully which allows them to use what's in season to create the best dishes on the Fort Wayne foodie scene. Besides food, Chef Matthew & Nicky have created a bar program that focuses attention on amazing Midwest distilled spirits from small batch distillers such as Three Rivers Distilling (FW), Hotel Tango (Indy), Starlight (Borden, IN) to name a few.
