Chef Matthew Nolot & wife, Nicky, source local products from the Midwest to create a dining experience that rivals those in larger markets. They source thoughtfully which allows them to use what's in season to create the best dishes on the Fort Wayne foodie scene. Besides food, Chef Matthew & Nicky have created a bar program that focuses attention on amazing Midwest distilled spirits from small batch distillers such as Three Rivers Distilling (FW), Hotel Tango (Indy), Starlight (Borden, IN) to name a few.
