Do not be afraid to apply to a job through multiple sources and follow up with a manager. It’s easy for your resume to get lost when a job is posted, and showing repeated interest increases your chances of getting hired.

Better management and structure, the restaurant still was torn between its fast-casual start and a desire to become a normal restaurant.
Advice
Try out new jobs, I never considered bartending but it turns out I have a natural talent for it!
