My favorite part about the experience was interning with a budding start up. They really gave me an opportunity to work on my own and kept it interesting by giving me the lead on particular projects.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a more clear cut organizational structure on the sales team; at times it became confusing when reporting to other employees and prioritizing work.
Advice
Embrace the process.. It's a start up meaning a lot of random things occur. My advice would be to roll with the punches and trust your team.

What I liked
Traveling, motion graphics experience. Laidback work environment, but consistent deadlines and expectations.
What I wish was different
Better, more streamlined feedback for work. Edited rough cuts with little to no comments on how to fix, improve, or move forward. Ultimately would have gone smoother and faster if the team had viewed and sent written feedback for my work.
Advice
Be the better producer. Don't take what they want at face value. Talk about it with them and nail down all the details.
