The company culture of Tinuiti is so unique. The people who work there have created a tight-knit community both inside and outside of the workplace. I was able to engage in hands-on learning through the training process, shadowing account managers, and working on projects throughout the internship. I believe this internship has equipped me with the personal and professional skills necessary to succeed as a business professional in the future.
What I wish was different
I wouldn't change a thing about this internship. Even during the pandemic of COVID-19, Tinuiti adapted to a remote workplace so that I was still able to continue the internship.
Advice
My advice would be to create and develop relationships with team members, don't be afraid to make and learn from mistakes, and ask a lot of questions.
