Having the opportunity for a part time job in college is very beneficial to my character. It helps me balance out my necessities in life, and helps me to have goals and aspirations for my future.

Do your best and follow the rules. If you do that and are personable with the customers, you will do very well.

What I liked
The work environment is fast paced and there are many job positions you must switch between. This provides a variety of jobs to do throughout the shift that keeps me on my toes. I also love interactions with the customers. With Tim Horton's being a cafe there are many people that stop by regularly and you can get to know them and any new people stopping by.
What I wish was different
I wish there were a wider variety of drink/food selections for the customers to choose from. I think that by incorporating a larger variety there would be more for people with specific needs such as vegetarian food and dairy free options.
Advice
Work with a smile! People coming through cafes are typically either there to relax or quickly getting a coffee and may be very stressed from work and various other activities. having a positive demeanor will always improve not only their day but yours as well.
