If I were interviewed to take on the role of an assistant math professor at Thomas Nelson Community College, what should I expect?

You must know how to teach algebra and algebra 2 pretty well. My interview consisted of a 3 panel team who asked questions for over an hour. At the end of the interview, I was given a sheet with several problems and asked to teach it to the panel as if they were the students.
