What I liked

My bosses, Mike and Thom, were INCREDIBLE. They have high expectations and give out high praise. None of the things they asked us to do were unreasonable, and they trained us well for our job. While encouraging us to provide the highest quality for our customers, if they ever received a complaint, they asked us what happened and believed our side of the story, rather than immediately blaming us for any problems. They were flexible with our schedules and just generally felt like they were on our side. They made each of us feel like a valuable asset to the team.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have worked more hours in the hottest parts of summer (when the grass doesn't grow much), but that's an occupational hazard.

Advice

I would say that dedication to the job and initiative to learn make your boss and coworkers like you. No one wants to work with a lazy coworker. Show you care!
