What I liked
I liked their mission and the way the company was run overall. For those that don't know, Thistle Farms is a residential/employment program for survivors of human trafficking. They founded the Thistle Network, a partnership of organizations across the country with the same mission whose program is inspired by theirs. I worked in the department that supports and oversees the network, so it was really cool to see all the organizations across the country doing the same thing, and how their programs differ.
