What I liked
This internship gave you the ability to access and participate in all aspects of a company. The main skills needed are communication on the phone to clients and recruits, analysis of data and accounts, projection and organization of hundreds of jobs offers daily.
This company is an insurance staffing company which is a really cool niche for a sales/recruiting internship. You are not only selling yourself to the client to give you the job postings, but you are also selling the job to the best possible candidate to go work for that company.
