I liked the work environment. I enjoyed learning more about different softwares. I also did a lot of research about poverty in America and climate change, which was interesting.
What I wish was different
I wish the internship could have been more interactive. I feel like I was sitting at the desk for most of the day. I wish it was more hands on.

To apply to internships you might not normally think of.

Be sure to take advantage of all of the people at WNET. People are so friendly and are more than willing to talk to you and give you more insight on their career/the industry in general. In other words, don’t be afraid to take the initiative!
