Since it was a start-up I got to work to supervise a lot of projects and really take initiative on things I wanted to work on.

Advice
If you're spontaneous and willing to work in a changing environment, definitely check The Wing out. It was a great, supportive community that really taught me a lot about my particular department and helped me figure out what I want in the future.
