The best part about The Weitz Company is the culture. Everyone is friendly and looking for a chance to teach something new. The project's are great learning experience due to their size and complexity.
What I wish was different
The only thing is that you don't really get a chance to learn about other projects and their difficulties. It's very much you stick to one project and one project only. I also feel like some of the concepts I could've learned were rushed through or missed.
Advice
It's okay to go into a situation not knowing anything. Companies know that school and the field are two completely different experiences. As long as you're there and willing to learn, you'll be great.
