What I liked
The people especially the manager was really nice and welcoming
What I wish was different
Customers could be hard to deal with or agitated. Especially with covid-19 hitting and making the work much more different than anything i had done prior, such as wearing a mask to work.
Advice
Don't continue engaging with an angry customer. Most often they are mad about something else. Your better off walking away and letting another employee take your place.
