What I liked
I loved working with children. I am going to Physical Therapy school, and it made me realize I want to specialize in pediatrics. I enjoyed leading a team, and seeing all the swimmers improved their skills throughout the summer.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have extended the season, or have convinced more children to compete all year.
Advice
Patience is key. Children need more attention so having patience for them is necessary. Especially when they are very young.
