What I liked

Timken had an excellent co-op program. During my time, I was given work that was of value and contributed to the company. Timken also had many opportunites for co-ops to get involved, ie. Toastmasters, outside events. Timken also helped all the co-ops network by having the co-ops set up "Key Contact" meetings with select individuals including Executives within the company.

What I wish was different

I have no complaints about my time at Timken

Network, network, network! Meet as many people as you can within a company and you will be set up for excellence.
