What I liked

I enjoyed the company model and the environment of the business I was in. The owner did a great job of meeting needs of workers, while maintaining a well functioning work space.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been a more consistent work schedule for people. The hours were inconsistent and they weren't the best at organizing schedules.


That food service can be an incredible insight into the function of a business. Having a job that requires customer interaction is a life long skill that can be used in any other postion you take.
