I enjoyed gaining new skills and experiencing different job functions of housing residence life. It was great to work with high school children, in relation to academic life and how it may translate to social life.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to delve deeper into self-reflection regarding D.E.I. training.
Advice
This job provides you with a plethora of free activities around NYC, so definitely take advantage of that! This is also a great opportunity to network and connect with people from all over the world!

I wish that my hours were different and that my work time was more flexible.
