I loved the community of people I worked with, they were very supportive and made the job fun!
What I wish was different
I wish I had had more control over the tasks I was assigned and a more predictable daily schedule of tasks.
Advice
I would recommend this experience to anyone searching for an outdoor job in community! If you're looking at a camp job, definitely make sure you are ready to live in the community, if you aren't willing to commit to it fully you will have not as good of an experience.
