I love working with supervisors. It is a very understanding and compassionate environment. The children are genuine and know how to work with their tutors and counselors.

What I liked
I loved my boss. She is constantly supportive and helps us in any way she can. I also loved the community of the Kroc Center. The families that go there regularly really take pride in it.

Make relationships with the kids and their families. They are relationships you’ll carry with you forever.

Don’t get comfortable with following after other guards. If you do as your told and stay out of dramas then you’ll be just fine.
