What I liked
I enjoyed how I was able to interact with the kids and hopefully make an impact on them each session. The location of the camp was beautiful and even though there was a lot of hard work involved, I felt like the kids rewarded us.
What I wish was different
The management of the camp was very poor. I feel like if the directors were more involved and experienced we would have a greater understanding of how to run the camp smoothly.
Advice
I would say that you have to be prepared to work hard and have patience. There won't be much of a break so be prepared to be on the go the entire day.
