Amazing at organizing the fellowship, HR was very helpful with everything and the immigration office helped with the visa process. The program was well scheduled and allowed one to learn as much as possible. Great networking opportunities.
What I wish was different
My mentorship was very one-sided as my mentor was very busy with his own work. I wish he had more time to mentor me more.
Advice
Really look into which lab you are applying to - the experience depends on it a lot.
