The dedication put into enriching the intern class. We had a speaker series, as well as intern “field trips” to places like the World Bank, Federal Reserve, etc.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to work on an ongoing project, but since my role was in the accounting department, I helped out a lot with daily procedures (pricing, NAV calculations, daily cash flow updating, etc.)
Advice
Learn as much as you can from your mentors, and ask questions if you don’t understand a concept.
