I liked how it was the same routine every day, but there was always something different going on.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had the time during the day to actually work with the case managers. I was only able to volunteer at night, and they all went home around 4:00pm.
Advice
Be prepared to work with a lot of different individuals. Also make sure to ask staff about certain requests because some individuals might try and take advantage of you because you are a 'new' face.
