My advice would be to talk to as many people as you can because the time goes by quickly.

What I liked
Very collaborative environment, being able to work in the Delacorte Theater in Central Park for "Shakespeare in the Park", great management and supervisors. Fantastic connections when it comes to the professional Theatre industry. Being able to live in New York for a Summer was fantastic.
What I wish was different
Wish I had been paid more than a $25 per day stipend. (They have since changed this, I believe you are paid hourly now.)
Advice
Go into this internship prepared to do a lot of physical labor, be ready to figure things out as you do them, and most of all have a good sense of humor.
