The Plexus Groupe is a great company with an impressive team of associates. I got to work on multiple meaningful projects and felt like my contributions were appreciated. All of the interns were given an opportunity to meet each member of the senior leadership team and personally get to know them. We were given training on the insurance industry and had the chance to compete in an insurance broker challenge with interns from other firms. I was also able to participate in social events and got to experience the strong company culture at Plexus. The internship was a valuable experience and I was eager to rejoin the Employee Benefits team after graduation!
What I wish was different
I wish the other associates came to the office in person more regularly. While most days were lively, Mondays/Fridays at the office sometimes felt too quiet.
Advice
Take advantage of the internship opportunity and be proactive with projects. Don't be afraid to reach out to members of your team.
