During this paid internship I was able to interact one on one with students as well as in a group setting, mentor them individually, and encourage them to reach their individual goals. It's a very rewarding position!

I enjoyed every aspect of this placement.
Advice
Thinking "outside of the box" is critical in this sort of placement. Students' needs vary greatly and require a variety of critical thinking skills in order for those needs to be met.
