I have worked here since I was 16 it seems everybody they hire are true good people who big hearts and have a passion for hard work. The co-workers truly make this job fun.

Wish I worked a little more hours as well got a little more responsibility.
Advice
Working in the restaurant business is super stressful but the benefits such as skills you gain like customer service skills are very important and would urge more to take part in it.

What I wish was different
I wish there were more efficient management staff at this job site. More often then not, employees arrive to work only to get frustrated with the cleanliness, their job assignment, or how issues are handled by the management staff and this makes work shifts hard because in these times where management is supposed to be strong.
