The entire team at NFE is really invested in making sure that interns are learning things they actually want to learn. They push you to do your best and believe in your abilities even when you may not believe in yourself. They're all extremely welcoming and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door.
What I wish was different

Advice
Don't be afraid to jump right in! I was nervous to write for them because I felt like I wasn't good enough or smart enough since it's such a niche subject area but once I got into it, they were nothing but supportive.
