I liked learning new hands-on experiences. I got to build major problem-solving skills and also was able to develop my knowledge of tools and was able to manage small groups of people to get a job done.
What I wish was different
It was so hot during the summer and a construction job is very physically demanding!
Advice
It was a great experience I was able to get my hands dirty and really get to push myself up the ranks to earn credibility from my bosses.
