What I liked
I loved my bosses and my work community. I loved the fact that there truly was a community, and that we had a healthy relationship during the workdays and on the weekends. Working for a summer camp means that your time is limited in the capacity in which you are employed, so making the most of it is vital. The Mentoring Alliance invests not only in you as an employee, but also in you as a friend, mentor, counselor, missionary, student, and leader.
