What I liked

I loved the experience I am getting. I am able to see how different teachers interact with students and deal with behaviors in different ways. Seeing so many examples of either great teaching skills, or not so great, really helps me develop who I want to be as a teacher.

What I wish was different

There is not much I would change. Everything has happened for a reason. Everything that has happened on the job has helped me grow in my abilities.

Advice

I would say that dealing with some of these kids is very hard, especially in a middle school. Some of them have a very bad attitude and it's very easy to catch that bad attitude. Keep your head up and remember to remain calm and collected, because you're the adult.
