What I wish was different
Being the first time with the organization, I was quite unfamiliar with the culture and how to effectively relate to people. In all honesty, all you need is an open mind, as the people around are always willing to help.

Don't be afraid to be yourself. This organization gives you a chance to not only practice what you believe in, but also share your experience and expertise with other people, in a conducive, judgment free environment. All you need is an open mind, and willingness to share and learn from the numerous experiences.
