What I liked
Good pay, free lunch, and an overall friendly atmosphere.
What I wish was different
The management often struggled with relating to their employees, so I would have to say that this was the biggest drawback.

Show up on time, work hard, and follow instructions and you will excel in this environment.

What I liked
Doing meaningful things on the course (mowing, placing pins, helping out on projects around the course) Getting free lunch on tuesday through friday
What I wish was different
If I could get my check at the same time everyone else gets their salary direct deposited.
Advice
Use common sense and you will always be fine. Do not be afraid to ask and ask again.
