Program creator of in house vocational rehabilitation plan

The control of what happened as I helped create the program and the meetings I had for “check-ins” with the director.

Prior training to completely understand the students I was connected with.
Advice
It is an intense place to work but as long as you are persistent and love each child you will receive many rewards internally.
