I liked having a meaningful part time job in which I was educating others and facilitating their development.
What I wish was different
I wish the company would have been under more efficient management. I also would have liked the company to be more environmentally friendly.
Advice
For future full time jobs I think it is imperative to make sure the company's mission statement and values align with your individual values, because that will ultimately lead to a happy work environment and enable people to do their jobs with integrity.
