I was assigned a wide range of tasks, and got to go onto the site a few times a week. I got to do meaningful tasks that progressed the project
What I wish was different
More of an introduction period to explain the project, as well as my role in the company
Advice
As with all construction companies, it's important to find housing close to the project, as opposed to the nearest corporate office. Had I known this, I would have got housing closer to DC, as opposed to the suburbs in Virginia

The Shorewood office is amazing. They give you a ton of opportunities and throw you things right off the bat. They emphasize that you are there to help them and your work is valued and will be used.
