What I liked
The KYA Group is unique in that it approaches construction differently than major forces in the industry do. It embraces a corporate social responsibility philosophy of giving back to the community. Its culture also centers around the closely-knit interpersonal relationships that exist between virtually all employees. What I learned while working for them as a sales intern is something that cannot be taught in a book. Despite the construction industry being unfamiliar to me, the hands-on sales experience that I received with them is something that I will take with me wherever I go. This company is truly one of a kind and shows that it cares for its employees and the community surrounding it.
