What I wish was different
The program gave many opportunities for case studies and challenges within the cohort, but often presented them as competitions and announced winners. This is a large part of the KraftHeinz culture, owning your work and being the best everyday, but I don't think that this is a positive culture to promote learning and inclusion, especially when the company prides themselves on really trying to maximize the potential of each individual. I also felt like everyone was from the same three schools which was more difficult when trying meet people initially.
