The cases were interesting and I learned a great deal.
What I wish was different
Conflict resolution within the office was strained at times. Law firms can be high stress environments, some people handle that tension better than others. Management styles within this office need improvement.
Advice
Become a sponge and learn as much of the legal process as possible while maintaining strong interpersonal integrity standards.
