Company culture was non-existent. I would go in and no one would talk to each other all day unless it was about a project. The owner was unfocused and would pursue new ideas, clients, and projects without finishing the ones he was currently working on.
Advice
Set goals and stay focused on those goals, I took this job because it was the first job that I got an offer from out of college. I didn't particularly like architecture and didn't want to advance in architecture, but took it because they offered it to me. After being laid off 4 months later I'm in about the same place I was before this job.
