What I liked
I love helping people and caring for people. I love being involved with the residents and creating relationships with them. I also really like the atmosphere of the Homestead.
What I wish was different
The starting pay is a little lower than I’d like it to be. I feel like the aides should be getting paid more.
Advice
If you get song with older folks, don’t be afraid to work at an assisted living facility! It’s great. The Homestead is fantastic.
