I like that they did not expect me to know everything. I liked how I did a lot of hands on. I also made a ton of connections. I like how they did not shut me out and did not judge me for asking a lot of questions. That's what the internship is for. You are supposed to ask a lot of questions.
What I wish was different
I would not change anything about my experience except having more confidence in what I can do because they enjoy my work ethic.
Advice
Come in with a lot of confidence. These people were willing to help enhance my skills and be prepared to take on the challenge and do research.

Advice
Hilliard is a wonderful, family oriented company. The one thing I’d say is that while you’re there, get to know as many people as you can. They’re all very interesting and have so much knowledge!
